Larry was our neighbor here on Cape Cod and always reported in when he arrived for the summer — to catch us up on all his latest jokes. He was a sweet & thoughtful guy who shared his homemade (by Eileen) Mondel Bread with me when I was sick…and yes, got me her recipe when I requested it. We’ll always think of Larry when I make those cookies! Our most sincere condolences to his family. We will miss him.

We came to Stoneybrook about the same time- 20 years of friendship. Without a doubt, Larry is the nicest person I ever met. . Never without a smile. An intelligent, friendly, hospitable, humorous, caring and likeable.person. Greta and I and Larry and Becky had many good times together. Larry loved tennis and was president of our tennis association Back then we used the Fitness Center for socials and Larry always obtained good entertainment. Larry and I routinely ate breakfast out together and I always looked forward to good conversation. We travelled to Cape Cod summer two years ago and had a great time. He will be sorely missed. He was a great friend. Our sincere condolences to Eileen, Jerilyn and the family.

Larry and I have been friends for many years. We both enjoyed playing tennis at 8AM on Sunday mornings. I remember his funny magic show at the fitness center many years ago. Last year he visited me after my surgery and brought me a book from an author he enjoyed. Sue and I had plans to drive from Ohio to the Cape on our way back to SB last October. But it conflicted with his family reunion and we vowed to do it in 2018. He nominated me to serve on the tennis board which I served for 5 years.
An understatement to say he was a nice guy.
