I so enjoyed seeing you both enjoying ice cream at Rich’s one hot day when Home Haven members gathered there. I will also miss seeing Walter at our “Happy Hour” get-togethers and wish I had known him when he was a docent giving tours at YAG and YCBA. There is an upcoming Music Haven recital which will make me also remember him. Please accept my sympathy for your loss. May his memory bring comfort.

Dear Diane, Matthew, Lauren and Jeremy,
Susan and I would like to express our sincere sympathy and condolences for the loss of Walter. He was a colleague, friend and great example of a gentlemen. He was so proud of his family and their accomplishments. Walter was one of a few individuals that I have met in my lifetime that I admired and respected. He leaves behind large footprints on earth to be followed. He is gone but will not be forgotten. Walter = May you REST IN PEACE.

Dear Diane,
I am so very sorry. Spending time on the tennis court with Walter over the last few years was delightful.
Conversation between games could be counted on to be sometimes more stimulating than our games!
He was always a great gentleman,
Mary Lou Winnick

Dear Diane I am so very sorry to learn of Walter’s passing. You know how much Barry and I and our children adored him. He was such a loving, kind and funny happy man. He lived a magnificent, full life. The two of you showed us what a beautiful marriage looked like. Life will be difficult without him, but you are a strong lady. If I can help in any way please let me. Sending you love, Betty
