Dear Judy: Im so sorry to hear about the passing of Alan. I know it has been a long hard road for you,. I commend your diligence, patience, care and love for him over all of it. You have been an inspiration over the years to me in all that you do, including this situation.
We know that he is now in a better place, without any pain or suffering-only light and soft breezes ahead.
Know that I am thinking of you, and my heart and prayers go out to you.
Take some time off from work to grieve, and to remember and relish in all the good times you both shared over the many years you were together.
I love you.

I am so sorry for your lose. I was at Whitney Center about 4-5 weeks ago attending a meeting and I happened to run into Alan in the hallway as I was leaving. He was zipping around in his wheelchair and seemed in good spirits. We chatted briefly about Brookwood Drive and all the changes there and that I remember your daughter Leslie babysitting for my kids.
This is a big lose indeed.
