I worked at Cooper’s Pharmacy as teen ager 56 years ago, when I was 16. I enjoyed working for Mr. Cooper he gave me my first job and loved working with Bernie. Bernie allowed me to make deliveries in his cool Chevy convertible. He created a great work environment with jokes and laughter. The whole neighborhood benefited by Bernie and Mr. Cooper.

May Cookie rest in peace.

Jean, Laura and Beth,
I am so sorry for your time of grief and loss. Uncle Cookie was always so special to me. I know I haven’t seen him a lot in these later years, but I have so many great memories of him growing up and even as I had kids and brought them to visit. He was a sweet loving uncle, the fun uncle, and I will always remember him dearly. With his passing goes the last of the Goldfarb men (my dad, Cookie and Grandpa). This weighs heavy on my heart and I can only imagine what you all are experiencing.
Love to all of you and I will be there along side you tomorrow. Jennifer
